Homework: 
Use these instructions to complete the vocabulary exercise for the Act III-V vocabulary lists (due Thursday). You will also have a vocabulary quiz on Thursday. You may use any paper type (including digital) of your preference.  

1) Choose ten words from the Act III-V vocabulary lists. I would suggest that you choose the ten words with which you are least familiar. 

2) Either get out a sheet of paper or open a document. You will now write ten examples of literary devices (any of your choice, though I suggest that you focus on those we have been focusing on this six weeks). You should use one vocabulary word in each device example. 

3) Label the device and underline the vocabulary word. 

**Note: You may draw symbols but you must then write an explanation for them. ​
